Sometimes, women have trouble becoming aroused or being able to achieve sexual pleasure. Luckily, we have a method that makes this possible again. Drs. Durvi Patel, Richard Goldfarb, Aaron Shapiro, and Lyle Black discuss the O-Shot® and all the things it can do for you.
What is the O-Shot®?
The O-Shot® is a treatment option that helps with sexual problems that women have. These conditions include:
- Decreased libido
- Vaginal dryness
- Painful intercourse
- Hypoactive sexual desire disorder
- Female sexual arousal disorder
- Female orgasmic disorder
- Genial mismatch
Whether it’s simply a problem that stems from aging or a diagnosed condition, the O-Shot® strives to be able to help a wide range of problems that make women struggle with sex.
The Benefits of the O-Shot®
Getting the O-Shot® comes with a host of benefits. Primarily, the O-Shot® gives you increased lubrication and makes you more likely to have an orgasm. This contributes to less pain when you’re having intercourse and stronger, more frequent orgasms. Your vagina will actually be tighter and the skin in that area will look more youthful.
The O-Shot® Procedure
Before any procedure, we’ll schedule a consultation with one of our doctors. We want to know about your medical history, current medical issues, and your goals you’re looking to meet with one of our procedures. We want to make sure that you’re getting the correct treatment to meet your wants and needs.
If we determine this non-invasive treatment is right for you, the procedure will start by withdrawing blood from your body. This blood is spun in a centrifuge to separate the platelets from the blood cells. This creates growth factors that are drawn into a syringe to be injected in the area that needs rejuvenation.
The area is numbed so that you’ll be comfortable during the procedure. For O-Shot® treatment, the blood is injected into the clitoris and upper part of your vagina. The growth factors in the injection will increase blood flow to the vagina. The effects of the O-Shot® should last for a year or more. Multiple treatments can be done to increase the longevity of the effects.
