Spider veins, those unsightly clusters of enlarged veins that appear most often on legs and sometimes on the face, can now be effectively treated with laser therapy.
What Are Spider Veins?
Spider veins are usually purple, red, or blue in color and are generally not painful. They are, however, rather unattractive in appearance to the nearly 50% of adult females and smaller percentage of men in the United States that experience them. These veins are different from varicose veins in that they are smaller and much less painful.
